Help shape the future of treatment medication for Postpartum Depression.

This survey-based study is looking at how postpartum depression (PPD) impacts people's daily lives and regular activities. It will help us understand how treatment with the medication ZURZUVAE (zuranolone) impacts people's experiences with PPD. Those who qualify for the study can earn reward (gift) cards as compensation for their time and effort.

Those who may qualify:

Adults who have recently filled out a prescription from a CVS Specialty® Pharmacy for ZURZUVAE (zuranolone).

      A code will be sent to the email provided at sign up. If you do not see an email with a code, please make sure the email entered in at sign up is correct and check your email spam or junk folder.

    Step 3. Answer screener questionnaire to confirm eligibility to participate

    Step 4. Review and complete a consent form

Earn Reward (Gift) Cards

  • As thanks, participants will earn reward (gift) cards as compensation for various surveys completed during the study. Earn up to $50 reward (gift) cards for taking the first survey and confirming medication start date. Earn up to $200 more in rewards for completing Day 0, Day 3, Day 15, Day 45, and Day 90 surveys.
